    There are three methods to apply:

    1. ARS Application:
      • Dial [1544-9944]. 영화조타
      • Press 1 for the support fund.
      • Enter the 13-digit resident registration number followed by an 8-digit personal authentication number.

    2. Mobile Home Tax (SoTax) Application:
      • Launch SoTax.

    Application Period:

    Amount and Payment Date:

    • Regular Application: Scheduled for payment at the end of August / 100% of the calculated amount.
    • Late Application: Within 4 months of application / 95% of the calculated amount.

    Eligibility for Child-Rearing Support Fund:

    • Single-income Household:
      • Below 21 million won: 1 million won per person.
      • From 21 million won to below 70 million won: Differential payment.
    • Dual-income Household:
      • Below 25 million won: 1 million won per person.
      • From 25 million won to below 70 million won: Differential payment.
    • All household members must have assets of less than 240 million won, excluding debts.

    Excluded Cases from Child-Rearing Support Fund:

    1. Applicants who did not hold South Korean nationality as of December 31 of the previous year.
    2. Dependents who lived with another resident during the previous year.
    3. Applicants (including spouses) engaged in professional business activities.
